Staffing & payroll

Servers, door hosts, security, photographers. Scheduling and payroll run through the house payroll agent.

Vendors & logistics

Liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and club supplies. Par levels tracked, reorders placed.

Deposits & POS

House-approved deposit terms and the final balance are documented before the date is held.
