What we collect
Account details (name, email, sign-in provider), storefront and business information you enter, files you upload to agents, chat and voice transcripts, call recordings where you have been notified, and basic usage and device logs.
Payments
Card and PayPal balance details are handled entirely by PayPal. We receive only a subscription reference, plan, status, and renewal date. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run your account and storefronts, generate agent responses and documents, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Prompts, uploaded files, and transcripts may be sent to AI and voice providers to produce responses. Only what is needed for the request is shared.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing deon@polemarch.site.
Security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access control, and per-account isolation rules. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
