1. Who you are contracting with
The Village (thevillage.capital) is operated by Polemarch AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using any storefront, agent, or studio on the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to hold a paid account. You are responsible for activity under your login and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged. Beta pricing may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their rate for the current term.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid period. See our Billing & Refunds policy for refund terms.
4. AI output
Agents on this platform generate text, images, documents, contracts, resumes, and voice responses using AI. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, medical, employment, or financial advice. Review anything you rely on, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the material you upload and of the storefront content generated for your business. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that material so the platform can run. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, infringement, scraping, reselling access without permission, or attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or payment. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
7. Third-party services
Payments, voice, email, mapping, and AI features rely on third-party providers. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
8. No guarantees
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, uptime, or any specific business result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
